About the Role

The Growth Operations Manager will lead initiatives that accelerate driver and fleet acquisition across Northern Europe. You will own campaigns, incentive structures, onboarding improvements, and analytical deep-dives to ensure Uber has the right supply at the right time. This is a high-impact role working closely with cross-functional partners including local market teams, GM's, Regional Ops, Legal, Tax, and Product.

You will operate as both an analytical decision-maker and an influencer: Spotting trends, identifying gaps, and driving alignment across teams to deliver growth.

The role focuses on developing and executing initiatives that promote driver growth, from targeted campaigns and journey optimisations to new tactics that attract and engage drivers. Your work will directly contribute to step-change improvements in marketplace performance and competitiveness in the region.

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

  1. Own and execute projects that grow driver supply across 8 markets (individual drivers and commercial fleets).
  2. Improve onboarding funnel performance through experimentation, process redesign, outreach tactics, and tooling enhancements.
  3. Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation and process simplification.
  4. Monitor and forecast driver growth & campaign performance; conduct deep analyses to understand market gaps and recommend actions.
  5. Partner closely including with legal, tax, comms ops, and local market teams to implement initiatives and track impact.
  6. Act as a strategic sparring partner to market leaders (e.g., Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands), proactively identifying challenges and recommending targeted solutions.]

---- Basic Qualifications ----
  1. 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field such as business operations, finance, commercial strategy, consulting, or analytical roles supporting business decision-making.
  2. Strong analytical toolkit: highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; able to work with datasets, build forecasts, create dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  3. Demonstrated ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders, being comfortable pushing for action across teams.
  4. Evidence of autonomy and ownership as a self-starter who thrives with high responsibility and autonomy.
  5. Professional fluency in English and ideally a language from one of the markets in the region to engage effectively with drivers (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Finland)
  6. SQL: experience is a plus, and willingness to learn quickly is essential.
  7. Experience in roles combining analytics and cross-functional stakeholder management (e.g., finance business partnering, commercial/ops strategy, consulting, marketplace operations).
  8. Comfort presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders (e.g., GM, Regional Ops).]

  1. Experience designing or optimizing campaigns, funnel performance, incentives, or growth tactics.
  2. Experience working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments where prioritization and rapid experimentation are key.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues and propose creative, data-backed solutions.
  4. Experience in SQL, dashboarding, forecasting models, or automation of processes.
