Growth Account Executive, Mid-Market Uber for Business

About The Role

We're looking for a high-performing sales professional who demonstrates both the hunter's instinct for uncovering and capturing new opportunities and the farmer's discipline in building long-term, strategic account growth.

What You Will Need

• Extensive B2B sales experience
• Strong sales/ commercial acumen and negotiation skills with solid proactiveness
• Operate with speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter attitude
• Analytical skills and ability to extract trends and insights from data
• Ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders independently
• B2B SaaS or consumption model experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of high-performing Up/Xsell results is preferred.
• Good with articulation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills is preferred.

What You Will Do

• Plan, Do, Act, and Execute through the growth plans of every designated account.
• Analyze the long-term path for the book of business, and breakdown into short-term strategies with solid and feasible executions.
• Understand the full upside of your book of business and the unlock needed to head toward ; Conduct a series of sales processes to achieve the quotas, such as business reviews, account expansion, upselling / cross-selling, and building strong partnerships.
• Identify customer needs, understand the business drivers behind requests, and leverage the Uber for Business value proposition to achieve mutual goals.
• Wear multiple hats across Strategy & Planning (framing), Lead Generation (prospecting), Deal Negotiation (closing), Implementation (launching/ onboarding).
