Graduate 2026 Product Designer I (U4B), US

Today San Francisco, CA

Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer to join the Uber for Business (U4B) team. U4B helps organizations offer mobility and delivery solutions to the people they support, including employees, customers, patients, and guests. The U4B Product Design team builds the tools that allow companies to manage, distribute, and track access to rides and deliveries at scale.

As a Product Designer, you will help shape the systems and experiences that let organizations book on behalf of others, distribute value such as ride credits or vouchers, monitor usage, and ensure each trip is smooth for both the requester and the end recipient. You will work with engineers, product managers, and researchers to simplify complex workflows, build clarity and trust into every step, and make these products intuitive across many different industries and contexts.

This role will focus on the Guest vertical, which includes Uber Central, Uber Health, Vouchers, and segment expansion. You will design tools that support people outside a company's workforce, whether they are patients heading to appointments or attendees traveling to events. Your goal is to make coordinating transportation or deliveries for others efficient, reliable, and easy to scale. What You Will Do

  • Create wireframes and visual designs for specific features and user flows.
  • Develop low- to medium-fidelity prototypes to illustrate and test design solutions.
  • Give and receive constructive feedback from other designers to refine your work and continually raise the quality bar.
  • Participate in user research activities and integrate findings into your design approaches under guidance.
  • Contribute to design brainstorming and explorations sessions with your cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure designs meet business requirements and are built to a high standard
  • Help measure and iterate on shipped designs based on team feedback and metrics.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ year of Product Design experience (or equivalent demonstrable work/internship experience).
  • A portfolio demonstrating design proficiency in core UX/UI skills and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for web or mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with the end-to-end product design process.
  • Effective prototyping skills using Figma
  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions both verbally and in writing.
  • Show curiosity by exploring AI in design processes, empowering teams to deliver smarter, faster outcomes.
  • Familiarity with data and how it can inform decision-making

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$128,000 per year - USD$135,000 per year.
