About the Role
At Uber, we are determined to become a zero-emissions, zero-waste platform. We have already committed to becoming a net zero carbon business by 2040. By 2030, we will achieve zero emissions in all major U.S., Canadian, and European cities, and 100% of Uber Eats orders will be delivered using reusable, recyclable, or compostable packaging options globally. More detail on our commitments and plan can be found here.
This role is a unique opportunity to lead Uber's electric vehicle (EV) charging strategy in support of our drivers, couriers, riders, and partners. - Execute on EV charging initiatives that support Uber's Sustainability goals across both Mobility and Delivery

- Help shape the product vision and roadmap for the charging experience on Uber, translating driver pain points into frictionless features and programs
- Define and execute go-to-market and commercialization plans for new charging products and partnerships, from pilot through scaled global rollout
- Act as an entrepreneurial builder-testing, iterating, and scaling new ideas with agility, scrappiness, and a strong bias to action
- Partner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Policy, Communications, and Design to ensure cohesive cross-functional execution
- Partner with external experts, businesses, and industry groups, as needed
- Coordinate with AV partners, as needed, to support charging solutions for autonomous fleets
