General Manager, Global Head of Catering
About the Team
The Catering & Large Orders Team owns the end-to-end health and operational soul of Uber's next multi-billion dollar growth frontier. To succeed, we must redefine the standard for complex delivery by ensuring that high-stakes, large-scale orders-from the daily 25-meal office lunches to corporate events to a Super Bowl party-are executed with surgical precision, meeting the unique needs of Eaters, Restaurants, and Couriers.
The team architects the system for how high-quality supply and demand interact within the Uber ecosystem. We are responsible for designing catering from first-principles: defining courier models, curating a premier restaurant network, and partnering with the Uber for Business (U4B) sales engine. Working in partnership with Sales, Tech, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Local Operations, we define the vision, own the outcomes, and then bring it to life.
The team focuses on delivering the highest level of quality and reliability in large-order delivery. We partner globally to build an aspirational strategy that makes Uber Eats the undisputed leader in B2B and D2C catering, making Uber the trusted partner for every major occasion.
