About the Role

1. Own and grow relationships with key enterprise franchisee groups, leading day to day engagement with senior stakeholders
2. Drive product adoption and secure marketing investment by clearly articulating the value of Uber Eats solutions
3. Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement strategies to deliver strong performance outcomes
4. Partner cross functionally to navigate internal processes, resolve issues, and advocate for merchant needs

4. Scale success by identifying key operational opportunities within your managed book and developing clear strategies to drive positive change
5. Collaborate across operations, marketing, product, and legal to be the voice of the customer, resolve blockers, and deliver solutions that scale
6. Bring your analytical A-game by developing analyses to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against our growth goals
7. Stay resilient through roadblocks, ensuring nothing gets missed while consistently finding new ways to contribute to our partnerships
8. Lead recurring business reviews to highlight progress, address remaining opportunities, and ensure we are hitting targets for net acquisition and trip growth

---- Basic Qualifications ----

1. 4+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, digital media, or business development
2. Experience using data and insights to inform strategy, influence stakeholders, and measure impact
3. Proficiency in Excel
4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

1. Experience managing/working with enterprise partnerships, franchise organizations, or global brands
2. Background in QSR, restaurant advertising, or third-party marketplaces
3. Demonstrated systems thinking and the ability to work well in highly ambiguous environments
4. Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
