La organización de Community Operations en Uber se encarga de ofrecer un soporte al cliente de clase mundial a usuarios, socios conductores, eaters y repartidores.
Dentro de nuestra organización, los centros Uber Greenlight ayudan a los nuevos socios conductores a realizar su primer viaje, fomentan su compromiso con la plataforma a largo plazo y funcionan como centros logísticos para los conductores de su ciudad.
Lo que harás
- Brindar atención al cliente presencial de alta calidad.
- Garantizar la resolución de problemas siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos o derivarlos (escalarlos) con prontitud cuando sea necesario.
- Facilitar el registro de nuevos socios conductores y comunicar la propuesta de valor de conducir con Uber (lo cual puede incluir contacto proactivo).
- Interactuar y apoyar a los conductores y repartidores que ya están en la plataforma para impulsar su éxito.
- Colaborar con la gerencia en la mejora y creación de procesos de soporte.
- Asistir en eventos y promociones locales.
- Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos directos.

Calificaciones Preferentes
- Experiencia previa en ventas (retail), hotelería o servicio al cliente.
