Eater & Growth Operations Coordinator
About the Role
At Uber Eats, our local teams bring our global product to life - tailoring it to the unique needs of each market. This role is a great opportunity to directly shape the future of food delivery in Mexico.
As an Eater and Growth Coordinator, you'll support the execution of strategies to acquire, retain, and engage customers. You'll work closely with our Territory and Operations teams to ensure these strategies are effectively rolled out across the market.
This role blends data analysis, strategic execution, and collaboration. You'll be involved in everything from promotions planning to product feedback, helping to improve the customer experience while contributing to Uber Eats' long-term growth in the region.
What You'll Do
- Support Strategy Execution: Work with other team coordinators to implement communication plans and incentive strategies.
- Optimize Processes: Scale and improve workflows that support business growth and efficiency.
- Manage Budgets: Use promotions budgets effectively to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Improve the Product: Identify opportunities for new features that enhance the customer experience. Work with central teams to prioritize rollouts with a local perspective.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong working relationships with Marketing, Community Operations, Policy, Legal, and more to ensure alignment and long-term success.
- Contribute to Strategy: Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to help design thoughtful, data-backed strategies.

What You'll Need
- 1 year of experience solving analytical problems - experience in consulting, banking, or high-growth startups is a plus
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with data to guide decision-making, especially in uncertain or fast-moving environments
- Experience with SQL is a MUST
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication skills - you can clearly share ideas across different teams and formats
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with Python
- Ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, engaging way
