What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a compelling strategy to scale Uber Eats across Sweden, ensuring alignment with global priorities while incorporating local market insights.
• Champion operational excellence, marketplace efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
• Build and lead a diverse, high-performing team, fostering an inclusive culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
• Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including enterprise partners, policymakers, and local communities.
• Oversee P&L management, driving sustainable growth and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
• Represent Uber Eats in media engagements and public events, serving as the face of our brand in Sweden.
• Lead the expansion into new cities and regions, unlocking opportunities to connect communities with the Uber platform.

• 10+ years of experience in strategic, operational, or leadership roles, with a demonstrated history of driving impactful outcomes.
• Strong track record of leading diverse teams
  
  and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, particularly in dynamic and multicultural environments.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
• Experience managing P&L and executing growth strategies in competitive markets.
• Bonus points for experience in customer engagement, external representation of a brand, and navigating high-growth business environments.
