Deploy sound legal judgment while reviewing product features and programmatic initiatives to ensure that risk mitigation considerations are factored into operational decisions.
  • Pioneer New Solutions: Design and implement innovative legal frameworks to scale our partnerships with transportation fleets, vehicle manufacturers, and technology providers.
  • Accelerate Mobility Growth: Help expand access to rideshare vehicles-including a focus on accelerating our electric vehicle initiatives.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Product, Operations, Employment, Regulatory, and Privacy to provide comprehensive advice and create solutions that allow the business to move quickly and responsibly.
  • Build Foundational Tools: Build out negotiation playbooks, templates, and other tools to help standardize and manage the team's deal portfolio.
