Consumer Operations Manager (Insights & Analytics)

Today Taipei, Taiwan

About the Role

Are you ready to play a critical role in shaping growth at Uber Eats Taiwan? As the Consumer Operations Manager (Insights & Analytics), you will work closely with a high-performing Operations team that drives the day-to-day consumer engine behind Uber Eats. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of data, business decisions, and execution, helping turn complexity into clarity and insight into action.

Your primary focus will be to deeply understand local market dynamics and competitive context, track and evaluate the performance of our initiatives, and assess how campaigns, incentives, and product levers impact users across the entire lifecycle. You will own analytical problem-solving end to end - from framing ambiguous business questions, to designing the right analyses, to interpreting results that inform real decisions.

With strong analytical rigor and business acumen, you will translate complex, cross-lifecycle datasets into clear insights and practical recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, collaborating with cross-functional peers, and grounding discussions in data while staying close to business realities.
