About the Team

APAC is one of our most under-penetrated and exciting mega-regions, with large consumer pools (many unaddressed today!), a rich and diverse product portfolio, and agile and innovative competitors. APAC Central Ops is a newly formed unit with an objective to accelerate growth for our mobility business in the region by scaling local and global best practices and deploying subject matter expertise across countries, in close collaboration with the country teams and global partners.

Within this, the Consumer Operations team is responsible for rider growth and engagement across the full lifecycle - from acquisition and onboarding, through retention, engagement, and loyalty. This role sits in the Core Consumer team, focused on driving growth and engagement while delivering a magical experience.

About the Role

This role is a unique opportunity to accelerate consumer growth and engagement for the APAC business. You'll be focused on helping accelerate rider growth and engagement efforts by diving deeply into areas of risk and opportunity and spearheading scalable interventions.

This role will play a key role in shifting toward automated interventions and building out our framework for evaluating success across a broad range of spend opportunities

The Impact You'll Have

  • This role will focus on tracking and growing high priority consumer segments
  • Evaluate consumer growth health, tracking performance vs. targets, and ensure we are holding ourselves and partner teams accountable for expected results
  • Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in decision-making. Identify areas of headroom to drive outsized growth and proactively spot areas of risk
  • Partner within the core consumer team, marketing, and CRM counterparts to execute campaigns that reach consumers with compelling offers that are relevant to their lifestyle and mobility needs
  • Optimize tactics based on experimental results and iterate approach accordingly

The Experience You'll Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project/program management
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, Google slides
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.
  • Attention to detail, history of delivering high-quality output, and comfort with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions to serve various cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with strategy development, weighing tradeoffs, and making confident recommendations and plans
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently demonstrating a high bar for organization and prioritization
