Compliance Program Manager, Uber Health

Yesterday San Francisco, CA

About the Role

Uber Health strives to remove healthcare roadblocks and enhance patient outcomes for various types of organizations across the healthcare ecosystem, ranging from providers to payers to NEMT brokers. Uber Health's compliance program is designed to ensure compliance with contractual and federal and state regulatory requirements.

Uber Health is looking for a sharp, results-and-process-oriented, analytical problem solver to join our Uber Health team under Strategic Operations to support compliance and safety operations. Uber Health's compliance program includes audits, background checks, fraud waste and abuse protections, HIPAA infrastructure, and business continuity planning. • Review and oversee fraud, waste and abuse monitoring activities of earners and delivery persons for Uber Health and reporting of overpayments
  • Monitor and oversee mandatory compliance training for Uber Health employees
  • Translate concepts into executable projects to unlock growth
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders as well as third parties including both customers and vendors
  • Present externally with customers to explain our program and answer questions
  • Partner with marketing and sales enablement to find creative ways to showcase our program with customers
