About the Role
Commercial Lead - Mid-Size Enterprise & Hero SMB (Restaurantes PyME). As Commercial Lead, you will drive the commercial strategy and execution to accelerate the growth and expansion of Small and Mid-sized Restaurants in Mexico's North territory (role based in Monterrey) You will be responsible for your team's regional target, owning the commercial relationship with the segment's customer portfolio across the cities in your region, as well as coordinating and working day to day with other functions such as Operations and Marketing, among others.
What You'll Do:
- Relationship Management & Strategic Account Planning: You will lead your team to build trusted relationships with restaurant partners and co-create growth plans.
- Target-Driven Performance & Accountability: You will manage to targets (quota, KPIs/OKRs), build capacity and coverage plans, inspect dashboards and pipeline health, and course-correct quickly to keep the team on track and hitting goals.
- Data Analytics & Problem Solving: You will analyze performance data to identify root causes, prioritize actions, and translate insights into plans.
- Business Development & Revenue Leadership: You will lead the team to uncover, qualify, and win new opportunities to meet and exceed business targets.

- Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and expertise in pipeline and forecast management.
