Client Partner - Ads

About the Role

As a Client Partner you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial ads partnerships with CPG brands. You will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will provide thoughtful insights-driven solutions for leaders across retail media, ecommerce, trade and brand marketing teams & their agency partners. You will proactively own sales targets and report on business performance metrics.

What You'll Do

  1. Develop and execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your CPG partners' needs and exceed quarterly growth goals
  2. Build relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations
  3. Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and build trusted partner conversations.
  4. Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs.
  5. Expand ads product adoption. Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offering

Basic Qualifications
  1. 4+ years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales
  2. Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex enterprise CPG brands and organizations

Preferred Qualifications
  1. 6+ years' experience selling into large CPG brands, with a specific focus in digital advertising
  2. Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
  3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  4. Creative storytelling experience with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
  5. Strong leadership ability
  6. Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$96,500 per year - CAD$107,250 per year.
