By expanding our local merchant base and ensuring operational excellence, your leadership directly impacts one of our most meaningful challenges: growing our marketplace in the real world.

What you'll Do

  • Lead and actively coach a team of sales professionals, promoting a culture of high performance, resilience, and accountability to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Own and rigorously manage the full end-to-end sales lifecycle for Mid-Market and SMB accounts, driving precise execution from initial qualification through final contract negotiation and closure.
  • Develop and champion local sales strategies and detailed territory plans for Chile Norte, continually optimizing restaurant and merchant selection based on deep regional market understanding.
  • Manage complex, high-stakes negotiations with key regional partners, balancing commercial objectives to forge long-term, mutually beneficial growth relationships.
  • Provide transparent reporting and consistent forecasting to regional leadership using tools like Salesforce, proactively identifying pipeline risks and opportunities to ensure continuous momentum.
  • Drive the rapid adoption and proficiency of essential sales technologies and standardized internal processes within your team, contributing actively to organizational efficiency improvements.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales (prospecting, pitching, and closing deals).
  • 2+ years of experience in direct people management, having successfully led a sales or business development team.
  • Proven record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota targets.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales negotiations and successfully close top accounts
  • Knowledge of how to build and execute territory plans to grow pipeline
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish (C2 level) and professional working proficiency in English (B2+ level).
  • Expertise in using Salesforce for detailed pipeline management, metric tracking, performance optimization, and accurate sales forecasting through structured and informed decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to strategically develop and execute territory plans that consistently generate a robust, high-quality sales pipeline for new products or new markets.
  • Experience successfully scaling a high-growth business segment or launching new digital products in competitive local markets.
  • Prior experience in the quick service restaurant (QSR), grocery, or broader online food delivery marketplace industry.
  • Familiarity with established sales methodologies or techniques (e.g., Challenger) used to navigate complex commercial negotiations.
  • Project management experience
  • Experience selling to SMB's
