Business Development Intern, Berlin
About the Role
As a Business Development Intern, you will support the Business Development and Account Executive teams in acquiring new customers, onboarding clients and users to the platform, and managing client relationships.
Uber for Business helps companies simplify and centralize business travel, meal programs, and employee transportation through Uber's platform, enabling organizations to manage mobility and delivery solutions at scale.
This role offers hands-on exposure across the full sales cycle and provides a strong foundation for a future career in sales, business development, or account management.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential leads and new business opportunities
- Support the preparation of customer presentations, dashboard demos, and sales proposals
- Coordinate and track outbound campaigns, prospecting activities, and events
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date sales information
- Partner with Account Executives and Implementation Leads to support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups on behalf of the sales team
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Available to start September 7th and work full-time for 6 months
- Valid work authorization in the country of hire; visa sponsorship is not available for internships
- Native-level fluency in German and professional fluency in English
- Expected to graduate shortly after the internship, with availability to join full-time if an opportunity arises
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable working with data and drawing insights using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL
