B2B Marketing Data & Analytics Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a technically skilled and operationally minded Marketing Data & Analytics Manager to join Uber's B2B Marketing Operations & Analytics team. In this role, you'll be the steward of marketing data and reporting infrastructure that powers our marketing insights, ensuring clean, reliable data flows across systems like Salesforce, Tableau, and our marketing databases. You will be responsible to deliver the reporting outputs our global marketers, business stakeholders and leadership relies on a regular cadence to make decisions.
You'll also oversee a small vendor team that runs SQL queries, builds tableau dashboards, and data automations. Together, you'll ensure smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of recurring reports and dashboards. This role blends technical oversight with operational excellence, focusing on scalable data systems, measurement frameworks, and dependable reporting processes.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of data operations and marketing analytics, technical enough to run SQL and Python workflows but motivated by enabling teams with accurate, reliable reporting.
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain the data and reporting infrastructure for B2B marketing analytics.
- Oversee and prioritize data vendor work on queries, Tableau dashboards, and automations.
- Expand and enhance our ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows (Python/Jupyter, SQLite, SQL) and data pipelines to improve automation, scalability, and accuracy.
- Partner with IT to troubleshoot data issues, validate schema changes, and improve processes.
- Support weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting to Sales and business stakeholders by delivering clean data, accurate metrics, and ready-to-use dashboards.
- Partner with Strategy & Ops and Performance Insights Managers to define, develop, and enhance marketing metrics and measurement frameworks that align with business goals.
- Document data processes, definitions, and sync cycles for alignment across teams.
