Application Developer II- Identity & Access Management (IAM)

About the Role

We are looking for an Application Developer L4 to join the Identity and Access Management team and lead the design, delivery, and operational support of secure, scalable, and reliable identity solutions across the enterprise. This role focuses on application development, integrations, automation, platform engineering, and technical project execution within the IAM domain.

You will contribute to solutions across authentication, authorization, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, identity lifecycle management, and access governance. As part of our ongoing transformation, you will also help drive automation and emerging agentic AI capabilities to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and support experiences.

This role requires a strong balance of hands-on engineering, production support, project execution, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

01. Design, build, enhance, and support applications and integrations across IAM systems and enterprise platforms
02. Lead delivery of IAM-related projects including integrations, automation initiatives, migrations, and operational improvements
03. Develop and support APIs, connectors, workflows, and automation to improve identity processes and reduce manual effort
04. Integrate identity systems with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, cloud environments, and security services
05. Drive implementation of secure authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access governance capabilities
06. Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities
07. Support production environments, lead incident resolution, manage escalations, and coordinate with engineering and infrastructure teams for permanent fixes
08. Act as a technical escalation point for IAM-related operational and integration issues

09. Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, Audit, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable IAM solutions
10. Contribute to automation and AI-driven operational improvements, including intelligent workflows and support optimization
11. Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, standards, and implementation guidance
12. Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, audit, and operational requirements
13. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving engineering and operational practices across the team

---- Basic Qualifications ----

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
2. 5+ years of experience in software, platform, or application development
3. Strong experience with programming, scripting, APIs, and system integrations
4. Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale integrations and automation workflows
5. Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance
6. Experience troubleshooting and supporting production systems in operational environments
7. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to independently drive execution and manage competing priorities in cross-functional environments

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

01. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
02. 5+ years of experience in software, platform, or application development
03. Strong experience with programming, scripting, APIs, and system integrations
04. Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale integrations and automation workflows
05. Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance
06. Expertise in IAM frameworks, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP), and directory services.
07. Strong knowledge of IAM tools and technologies like SailPoint, Okta, OneLogin, Duo, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
08. Experience troubleshooting and supporting production systems in operational environments
09. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
10. Ability to independently drive execution and manage competing priorities in cross-functional environments
