Analytics Program Manager, Sales Analytics
About the Role
This is a hybrid role. Our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible office in Bangalore or Hyderabad on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.
About the Team
At Uber, we reimagine the way the world moves for the better. There are a lot of operations and technologies that enable this mission and Uber's AI Solutions org leads several of those capabilities such as localization/internationalization, data annotation for AI/ML innovation, testing, map editing, digitization programs and more.
Building on this foundation, we are now externalizing these offerings, creating a new business line within Uber. Our goal is to establish a dedicated, high-performing sales organization that extends our solutions to enterprise clients. This initiative is part of the company's strategic priority "Seed the Future."
About the Role
We're looking for a highly analytical and strategic professional to join our Sales Analytics & Operations team as an Analytics Program Manager.
This role bridges our operations (the "what") and analytics (the "so what"), turning data into strategy and scalable solutions. You'll design and implement analytics frameworks, drive data integrity across systems, and partner closely with Sales and Marketing to enable data-driven decision making. You will also define KPIs and build metric frameworks that measure the health and success of our Sales and Marketing initiatives.

- Champion data integrity and governance, and ensure Salesforce remains the single source of truth.
- Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional programs such as GTM planning and account realignment, driving timelines, stakeholder communication, and deliverables end-to-end.
