What the Candidate Will Do
Agency Partnership & Account Leadership
- Establish the Gold Standard: Position Uber Advertising as an indispensable, strategic partner to Canada's priority agency holding companies.
- Navigate the Ecosystem: Build and nurture deep-rooted relationships across the agency spectrum-from investment and strategy to programmatic, data, and C-suite leadership.
- Architect Joint Business Plans (JBPs): In lockstep with Global and US&C leads, co-author the blueprints for agency success and long-term commitment.
- Global-to-Local Bridge: Serve as the high-speed link between global strategy and flawless local market execution.
Commercial Ownership & Growth
- Own the Outcome: Drive relentless in-quarter revenue performance while constructing the scaffolding for multi-year, scalable partnerships.
- Scale at Pace: Identify and industrialize joint commercial opportunities across diverse agency client portfolios.
- Revenue Accountability: Partner with Sales to own pipeline development, precise forecasting, and aggressive growth targets.
- Operational Excellence: Build the frameworks and incentive programs that turn \"potential\" into high-velocity platform adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Matrix Mastery: Rally Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to deliver a cohesive, \"One Uber\" agency experience.
- Shape the Narrative: Influence the GTM strategy and sales enablement tools that define how the Canadian market views Uber Advertising.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the Canadian marketplace, providing high-signal feedback to inform our global product roadmap.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Hustle: Extensive experience in media, advertising, or platform partnerships, specifically navigating the complexities of global agency holding companies.
- Proven Scale: A track record of managing and scaling multi-million dollar advertising businesses.
- Agency Fluency: Deep, existing networks within major agency holding companies and a \"native\" understanding of their operating models.
- Commercial DNA: Strong business acumen with a bias toward revenue-generating outcomes.
- Matrix-Ready: Experience thriving within a complex, fast-moving, cross-functional organization.
- Cultural Alignment: You don't just know Uber's values-you embody them every day.

For Canada-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is CAD $225,000 - CAD $250,000. The OTE includes a base salary range of CAD $135,000 per year - CAD $150,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of CAD $90,000 - CAD $100,000.
You may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
