Account Manager - Global
About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of high value franchise merchant groups across some of the world's largest brands. You will build on strong relationships established with corporate brand teams, while owning the development of direct relationships with key franchisee groups to drive growth.
In this role, you will be accountable for outcomes across net acquisition, demand generation, and trip growth. You will partner closely with cross functional teams, act as the voice of the customer internally, and balance strategic thinking with strong operational execution.
What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

1. Own and grow relationships with key franchisee groups, leading day to day engagement with senior decision makers
2. Drive product adoption and secure marketing investment by clearly articulating the value of Uber Eats offerings
3. Identify operational opportunities within your portfolio and develop strategies to deliver positive performance outcomes
4. Partner with cross functional teams to navigate internal processes, resolve issues, and advocate for merchant needs
\-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ----
1. 4+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, digital media, or business development
2. Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and drive product adoption through consultative selling
3. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills across multiple levels of an organisation

4. High level of organisation and analytical capability, with experience using data, Salesforce, and Excel to inform strategy and track performance
