Account Manager, Global Accounts - Uber Eats

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, data-savvy, and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Global Business team at Uber Eats.

This role is a unique opportunity to leverage your portfolio management and growth expertise to strengthen relationships with our most important restaurant partners!!

You'll own a portfolio of high-value accounts across global markets, drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and become a trusted advisor to decision-makers.

What You'll Do

  • Own strategic account management by managing a select portfolio of top-tier restaurant partners.
  • Ensure mutual growth by aligning client objectives with Uber Eats' strategic goals.
  • Build strong relationships by becoming a trusted advisor to key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Establish long-term, high-impact relationships that drive loyalty and results.
  • Drive revenue and retention by meeting and exceeding growth targets.
  • Proactively upsell features, optimize campaigns, and uncover new areas for business expansion.
  • Be the voice of the customer by representing partner needs within Uber Eats and sharing feedback cross-functionally to enhance our products, tools, and services.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews, track KPIs, and surface opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Influence strategy by providing market insights, trends, and partner challenges to internal leadership.
  • Be a thought partner on key restaurant delivery strategies.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or commercial roles (tech, food delivery, or restaurant industry preferred)
  • Proven success managing long-term client relationships and meeting ambitious revenue goals
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence
  • Strategic mindset and project management capabilities
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Spanish and business English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic proficiency in SQL (or willing to learn)
  • Experience working with QSR brands or large-scale restaurant operations
  • Comfort managing portfolios across multiple countries or regions
