Account Manager - Enterprise Strategic

Yesterday Mexico City, Mexico

About the Role

We're looking for a high-impact Account Manager to own the end-to-end success of our top-tier restaurant partners. This is a post-sales, strategic role where you'll serve as the primary growth advisor for your portfolio.

Your goal is to move beyond day-to-day account management and act as a trusted business partner. By combining platform data, market insights, and a strong understanding of partner needs, you'll help restaurants improve core business metrics, unlock new revenue opportunities, and get the most value from every tool our platform offers.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including Operations and Marketing-to advocate for your partners and drive long-term, sustainable growth.

If you enjoy turning data into strategy and negotiations into lasting partnerships, this role could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

Act as a strategic advisor

  • Own a portfolio of high-value restaurant partners and serve as their primary business consultant.
  • Identify partner challenges and growth opportunities to help them succeed on our platform.

Drive growth through tailored planning

  • Build and execute customized business plans for each partner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand footprint, increase order volume, and grow average basket size.

Turn data into insight

  • Analyze internal and external data to develop clear, compelling growth narratives.
  • Lead regular business reviews, using metrics to demonstrate value and influence decision-making.

Lead partner negotiations

  • Manage high-level conversations around contract renewals, marketing co-investments, and exclusive partnerships.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders, franchise owners, and operators.

Advocate for partners internally

  • Act as the voice of the partner across Product, Operations, and Marketing teams.
  • Share insights and feedback to help improve tools, processes, and services-especially for the Mexican market.

Improve operational performance

  • Use data to identify operational opportunities (e.g., prep times, cancellation rates).
  • Partner with restaurants to streamline workflows and improve customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Management Consulting, Business Development, or another fast-paced commercial role. Experience in technology, delivery, or retail is a plus.
  • Proven experience advising clients or partners, with a focus on revenue growth and measurable business impact.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Native-level Spanish and professional English proficiency. You're comfortable presenting to senior leaders and collaborating with on-the-ground operators.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute long-term business plans while managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience navigating complex, high-stakes negotiations with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced analytics tools such as SQL or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Building dashboards to track performance is a strong plus.
  • Background in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Operations at a high-growth technology company.
  • Strong knowledge of online food delivery or retail in Mexico, including restaurant unit economics, P&L management, and operational scaling.
