Account Manager, Enterprise Accounts
About the Role
The Account Manager role is an exciting opportunity to own and grow relationships with Enterprise restaurant partners across your assigned territory. This position focuses on post-sales account management, strengthening long-term partnerships to drive retention, unlock growth opportunities, and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for both partners and the business.
Account Managers play a critical role in supporting our highest-value partners. You'll help ensure restaurants are successful on the platform by combining strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and strong relationship management to continuously improve core business metrics.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of top-tier restaurant partners, driving strategic growth initiatives aligned with partner goals and business priorities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact.
- Take accountability for revenue growth and retention targets, identifying opportunities to upsell new features and unlock additional value.
- Leverage data and performance insights to optimize strategies and continuously improve key business metrics.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, translating partner feedback into actionable insights and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, clearly communicating performance results, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, sharing perspectives on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the restaurant delivery space.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a commercial role, ideally within technology, restaurant, or delivery-related industries.
- Proven experience managing complex, long-term partnerships and delivering against ambitious revenue and retention goals.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong project management capabilities, with experience building and executing detailed business plans.
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and business-level English.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with basic SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Background working with QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brands or large-scale restaurant operations.
