About The Role:
What you do in this role will have a real, genuine impact on the growth of the Uber Eats business in New Zealand. We know that having best-in-market restaurant selection for consumers is what makes for a winning marketplace, and in this role you will directly influence this by bringing on quality Restaurant and Merchant partners onto the Uber Eats platform.
Your Impact in Role
- Own the full acquisition cycle of New Zealand's highest priority, local Restaurant partners
- Be a trusted advisor and have a deep understanding of their unique challenges & goals and articulate our compelling value proposition
- Be the voice of the customer and a true owner of the merchant experience
- Lead a defined territory and demonstrate a strategic approach to acquire the highest value merchants
The Experience You'll Bring
- End to end sales cycle - Ability to drive momentum from first touch point with a partner through to mature lifecycle and revenue generation, inclusive of objection handling related to product use and commercial & legal terms
- Executional excellence - Ability to deliver observable results and continuous improvements despite challenges and setbacks.
- Communication - Using communication skills and empathy to clearly, persuasively, and confidently deliver information to a variety of partners.
- Negotiation/Sales & Business Acumen - Taking time to build relationships that add long term value to the joint business success of Uber & partners.
