Account Coordinator, Grocery & Retail
About the Role
The Account Coordinator for the Grocery & Retail business at Uber Eats will drive business growth and innovation by supporting partner managers handling a critical portfolio of retailers.
The ideal candidate will be able to build processes and scale efforts to achieve an expansion of the merchant's business at Uber. A successful account coordinator deeply understands our partners, builds positive relationships with decision makers, influences throughout the organization, and optimally identifies and exploits opportunities to improve core business metrics.
What the Candidate Will Do
1. Working hand in hand with a senior partner manager to craft initiatives to develop the topline (orders, clients, revenue) and improve operations of merchants
2. Managing the SMB (small and medium businesses) retail portfolio across Spain
3. Building long-term relationships with the retailers, ultimately improving their financials, marketing efforts, engagement and satisfaction
4. Key influence in their delivery business and will provide strategic recommendations based on your knowledge of the industry, data analysis and expertise
5. Supporting your portfolio of clients with day to day asks as well as long term plans
6. Acting as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product
What You Will Need
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, client-facing or operational support role (e.g. account coordination, sales support, customer success, or project coordination)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and eager to learn new tools
- Good attention to detail
- English working proficiency and Spanish native proficiency
