Account Coordinator, Global Delivery Partnerships
About the Role
Working on the Global Delivery Partnerships team means supporting the backbone of Uber Eats-our relationships with the world's most iconic brands like Starbucks, McDonald's, and Subway. This isn't a role where you sit back and watch; it's a high-visibility position where your attention to detail ensures thousands of merchant locations run smoothly every day.
You'll thrive here if you are relentless about organization and energized by the "messy" operational reality of a global platform. The pace is fast, the systems are complex, and the stakes are real-when a store isn't live or a report is inaccurate, it impacts our partners' bottom line. We need someone with the grit to dive into the data, the curiosity to unblock technical hurdles, and the adaptability to shift priorities as fast as the market moves. If you want to learn how massive partnerships scale by actually doing the work, this is where you'll grow.
What You'll Do
- Navigate Complexity: Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new merchant locations, ensuring they are live and accurately represented across our systems despite shifting requirements.
- Own the Details: Pull and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, ensuring the data is flawless and insights are delivered to account teams on time.
- Solve Problems in Real-Time: Act as the first line of defense for merchant issues, coordinating across internal teams to resolve blockers and escalate high-pressure situations before they impact the partnership.
- Drive Operational Health: Monitor core metrics across global accounts to identify trends, helping Senior Account Coordinators spot "red flags" in partner performance.
- Unblock the Team: Maintain project trackers and meeting materials, capturing high-stakes next steps to ensure the team moves with urgency and alignment.
- Scale Through Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Account Management to execute marketing campaigns and operational improvements at a global scale.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience, ideally in operations, customer support, account coordination, or a related role.
- Experience working with data, reports, and internal digital tools to drive daily tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B, tech-enabled, or high-volume operations environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high attention to detail while managing competing priorities.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset-the ability to see how individual tasks connect to the larger partnership goal.
