Account Coordinator CDMX
About the Role
As an Account Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring business success by supporting both merchants and internal account teams with setup and admin tasks, documentation, reporting and data analysis, among other activities.
What You Will Do:
1. Support Account Managers in driving restaurant expansion and growth across the Uber Eats MX marketplace
2. Assisting account managers with setup, administrative tasks, and operational support to ensure smooth operations.
3. Coordinate the end-to-end creation of additional locations, ensuring accurate setup, documentation, and timely readiness for go live
4. Act as a point of contact for key partners to support, resolving basic issues and escalating/triaging more complex matters as needed.
5. Managing and maintaining accurate records, contracts, and client documentation.
6. Proactively follow up on assigned tasks to ensure the prompt resolution.
7. Coordinating internal processes to ensure seamless execution of client and merchant needs.
8. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance account performance.
9. Generating reports and insights from data to support account strategies and decision-making.
Basic Qualifications:
1. At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B operations (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or upper management retail/food industry).
2. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools for data analysis.
6. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analytics platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Basic proficiency in SQL, with the ability to adjust and refine queries as needed.
2. Ability to interpret data and generate insights.
3. Strong collaboration skills.
4. Experience in an account management, customer support, or administrative role in a business or tech-driven environment.
