2026 Internal Communications Intern - US
About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and creative Internal Communications Intern to support employee communications for our global business.. This role will partner closely with Internal Communications team members to help drive employee engagement, support strategic messaging, and contribute to key communications initiatives across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in corporate communications, storytelling, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced technology environment.
What You'll Do
- Support team projects and Global internal communications initiatives
- Assist in translating complex business updates into clear, engaging employee communications
- Help draft written materials including leadership messaging, FAQs, talking points, newsletters, and internal announcements

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support internal campaigns and employee engagement initiatives
- Help manage and maintain internal communications channels including Slack, newsletters, and intranet pages
- Support initiatives that highlight customer and partner feedback to help employees stay connected to business impact
- Assist with tracking and measuring engagement metrics to help improve communications effectiveness
Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field with a graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
- At least one academic term remaining following internship completion
- Availability for a 12-week internship beginning on June 1st.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship, campus leadership, communications, marketing, journalism, or content creation experience
- Strong storytelling and writing abilities with attention to detail
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and navigating ambiguity
- Interest in technology, B2B, marketing, or employee communications
- Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, or presentation tools is a plus
For New York, NY-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$30.00 per hour.
