US Consumer Brand & Growth Marketing Lead
At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!
Trustpilot is entering an exciting new phase of growth in the United States. As we continue to expand our presence and impact, we're looking for a US Consumer Brand & Growth Marketing Lead to help execute and accelerate growth marketing efforts in North America, with a focus on our consumer brand.
This is a 12-month, full-time individual contributor contract, reporting to the VP of US Marketing, with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
We are looking for a Growth Marketer with a real Brand Soul. You understand that Trustpilot is unique: we're a B2B SaaS company, a consumer destination, and a symbol of trust for everyone. You won’t have a massive war chest to buy awareness. Instead, you will build it through earned authority, community-driven content, and focused, high-ROI paid tests. You are the "Master of the Flywheel," using our B2B partners to reach consumers, and using consumer trust to win more B2B partners.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- The B2B2C Engine:
- Turn our B2B customers into our largest marketing channel. You’ll create the strategy that gets Trustpilot-branded Trust Signals embedded in every business’s checkout flow, TV ad, and email footer globally, driving massive "free" consumer impression growth.
- Partner with Trustpilot’s enterprise business customers to construct co-marketing motions that drive business value and consumer reach.
- Owned & Earned Growth:
- Owned: Turn our social channels and blog into a "Trust Newsroom." You’ll lead a content strategy that makes Trustpilot a daily destination for US consumers.Turn our social channels and blog into a "Trust Newsroom." You’ll lead a content strategy that makes Trustpilot a daily destination for US consumers, and you will be a key content creator, developing compelling, original content across various formats (e.g., articles, social posts, videos).
- Earned: Develop a high-impact organic strategy that inserts Trustpilot into broader cultural and industry conversations about trust, transparency, and the AI-driven economy. You will identify "white space" in the media landscape where Trustpilot can act as a definitive voice, earning organic reach through timely commentary and proprietary data-driven storytelling.
- High-Velocity Paid Experimentation: Manage a lean "innovation budget" dedicated to signal testing rather than pure scale. You will run focused, time-bound experiments on emerging platforms to identify high-ROI pockets of consumer attention before scaling.
- Performance as Brand Research: You’ll test brand messaging and creative hooks. You’ll analyze which narratives resonate most with specific groups, then "industrialize" those winning themes across our free, earned, B2B2C, and paid channels.
- Lifecycle & Identity: Build low-cost retention loops. Use email and push notifications to remind consumers that their voice matters, turning one-time reviewers into lifelong "Trust Champions."

Who You Are
- Network Effect Specialist: You’ve successfully managed a B2B2C or Marketplace growth loop, where you’ve incentivized one side of a platform (businesses/creators) to drive awareness for the other (consumers).
- The Multiplier Effect: You have a documented history of growing organic brand reach or consumer traffic by 3x–10x without a proportional increase in spend.
- The "T-Shaped" Expert: You have deep expertise in Brand Narrative, but your skills extend into Data Analysis, Performance Marketing, and Content Creation.
- The Arbitrage Hunter: You look for "underpriced" attention. You’d rather win a trending Reddit thread or seed a meme than pay for a premium programmatic banner, because you know the former can get you just as close to your target.
- Iterative & Scrappy: You don't need a 6-month agency roadmap. You’d rather launch a "Lo-Fi" video experiment today, analyze the results tomorrow, and pivot by Wednesday.
- Zero-to-One Launchpad: You’ve built a brand’s digital presence from scratch or led a major "re-vibe" that significantly moved the needle on unaided awareness.
- Experiment Velocity: You have a "win rate" mindset. You’ve managed an experiment pipeline of 2–4 tests per week, with a clear framework for killing losers and doubling down on "signals."
What’s in it for you:
- A competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $190,000 gross per year. This range doesn’t include any variable pay such as bonuses, awards made under Trustpilot’s equity program or other benefits
- A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
- 20 vacation days + 2 personal days +10 paid holidays per year
- Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
- Rich learning and development opportunities supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist
- Full health insurance
- 401k matching your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of your base salary
- Discounted club membership at Life Time Fitness
- 24/7 Employee Assistance Plan and full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health
- Paid parental leave for employees who have been employed for over 6 months with full scope of benefit after 12 months
- Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company-wide celebrations and events, ERG activities and team socials
- A friendly, open office complete with a foosball table, roof deck with wifi (rooftop meeting anyone?!) and unlimited snacks and drinks
- Communal lunch, extra treats and events during the month — think ice cream carts, coffee bars and massages, to name a few
Still not sure?
We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences along with how you will contribute to our working culture. Even if you don’t feel you meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you
