At Trustpilot, our mission is “Trustpilot Everywhere.” This role is a unique opportunity to own, build, and launch the next evolution of our app partner programme transforming it into a scalable, AI-enabled ecosystem that accelerates growth, ensures quality, and unlocks partner-led innovation.
As Senior Tech and Platform Partnerships Manager, you will move beyond traditional partnership management to lead and operationalise a future-proof partner programme, embedding AI capabilities and low-code/no-code solutions to enable partners to build, scale, and deliver high-quality integrations efficiently. You will be accountable for end-to-end programme launch and success, ensuring it drives acceleration, improving integration quality, standardisation, and scalability across Trustpilot’s partner ecosystem to support adoption, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
By bringing greater consistency and focus to how we manage partner-built integrations, you will play a critical role in scaling Trustpilot’s app partner programme and amplifying Trustpilot’s global presence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the design and launch of the partner-facing component of Trustpilot’s new app Partner Programme, defining the vision, structure, success metrics, and rollout plan
- Lead partner go-to-market and internal launch activity, ensuring strong alignment across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, GTM, and partner teams.
- Establish scalable onboarding, certification, enablement, and lifecycle frameworks for app partners.
- Work closely with product to embed AI and low-code/no-code capabilities to support scalable partner innovation and faster integration development.
- Identify, onboard, and support high-impact strategic partners within the new programme structure.
- Act as the bridge between Product and Partnerships, using partner insights to inform product evolution and roadmap priorities.
- Define, track, and report programme performance metrics, using data and partner feedback to optimise impact and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in product partnerships, platform ecosystems, or partner programme management
- Track record of building or scaling programmes, frameworks, or operational models
- Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, integrations, and partner-led growth models
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to define scalable solutions
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or low-code/no-code tools and their application in scaling ecosystems
- Highly structured thinker with the ability to turn strategy into execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior and cross-functional teams
