As a Senior Product Manager in the Data Solutions team, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of Trustpilot’s data products and platform capabilities.

Trustpilot Data Solutions enables investment firms, consultants, tech, and regulators, to power their decisions through AI-driven insights and trust signals, transforming how organizations understand and act on trust data. These products empower customers to embed Trustpilot’s data directly into their analytics, workflows, and AI models to unlock new forms of intelligence and business value.

You will help shape a rapidly growing, strategically important product area for Trustpilot, building the foundation for a category defining data platform. This role involves driving the product direction and execution of our Data Solutions offering, including API-based data products, data visualisation experience, and integrations with leading data distribution platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and Databricks.

You will join at an exciting stage of growth, working to mature a newly launched product, drive adoption, and evolve our strategy through close collaboration with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

  • Guide a cross-functional agile squad of engineers, a data scientist, applied AI specialists, and UX professionals through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap definition to delivery and iteration.
  • Define and execute the long-term strategy for Trustpilot’s data platform, ensuring it delivers measurable customer and business value.
  • Develop and expand our suite of data and API products, including visualisation tools and integrations that enable customers to access and leverage Trustpilot’s data at scale.
  • Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing and external partners to align technical capabilities with customers needs and GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate with applied AI specialists and data scientists to translate data and model outputs into productised insights that enhance customer decision making.
  • Influence how Trustpiliot’s data is structured, modelled, and exposed to ensure scalability, usability, and clear value for customers.
  • Work closely with data engineering and key stakeholders to drive the data governance process, ensuring the data approval, quality, and reliability meet customer expectations. 
  • Build strong feedback loops with customers and strategic partners to continuously improve product market fit and inform new product opportunities.
  • Define and monitor key success metrics such as customer adoption and engagement, and data quality, focusing on understanding which data sets and insights deliver the most value, and how customers use them to drive decisions and automation.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and risks effectively to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across the business.

  • Significant experience working with agile teams, ideally on customer facing data solution products such as APIs, analytics platforms, or AI-driven data applications.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful, high-quality products that transform complex data into valuable customer insights.
  • Strong understanding of product management fundamentals, including discovery, roadmap ownership, stakeholder management and effective execution.
  • Experience collaborating with data scientists and engineers to translate complex data capabilities into intuitive, high-value product experiences.
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack, including data APIs, cloud data warehouses, and data distribution ecosystems (e.g. Snowflake, AWS, Databricks).
  • An effective communicator who can articulate complex data capabilities and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passionate about emerging technologies and the potential for data and AI to unlock new forms of business intelligence and customer value.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic thinking.
