Position Overview
The Senior HR Technology Solutions Analyst serves as a functional expert and solution architect within TruGreen's HR Technology organization. This role is responsible for the design, configuration, testing, optimization, and support of HR technology solutions across the employee lifecycle. While Workday serves as the organization's system of record, the role supports an integrated HR technology ecosystem and partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Shared Services, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable, technology-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Workday Benefits and experience in at least one additional Workday functional area, including Time Tracking, Absence Management, or Payroll, along with a strong foundation in Agile delivery methodologies and testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable HR technology solutions.
- Design, configure, test, and support HR technology platforms and business processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Benefits and related HR technology solutions.
- Support and optimize Workday functionality, including experience in Time Tracking, Absence, or Payroll.
- Develop user stories, functional requirements, process documentation, and solution designs.
- Create and execute test plans, test scripts, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex system and process issues.
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data solutions to support business decision-making.
- Support system releases, enhancements, upgrades, and implementation projects.
- Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve user experience, and maximize technology investments.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of HRIS, HR Technology, or business systems experience.
- Advanced experience supporting Workday Benefits required.
- Experience supporting at least one of the following Workday functional areas:
- Time Tracking
- Absence Management
- Payroll
- Experience supporting enterprise HR technology platforms and integrated vendor solutions.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Experience developing functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
- Experience creating and executing detailed test scripts and testing scenarios.
- Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Workday certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of HR technology platforms, system configuration, and business process design.
- Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software delivery practices.
- Strong testing discipline, including test script development and execution.
- Experience with HR data, reporting, analytics, and data governance principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

Pay Ranges
$79,175.00 - $131,958.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
