Job Description

The Head of Brand & Integrated Marketing is a critical executive leader responsible for transforming the TruGreen brand into a powerful engine of customer demand, emotional connection, and measurable business growth. You will own the full brand ecosystem, from long-term strategy and product positioning to national campaigns, PR, partnerships, organic social, and creative execution, ensuring every interaction with TruGreen sparks confidence and drives immediate action.

This is not a traditional brand role. This is a chance to reshape how an entire category shows up in culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve TruGreen's brand strategy to create bold, unmistakable differentiation in a competitive market.
  • Define product positioning and messaging that strengthens trust, authority, and urgency to act.
  • Lead development of national and local integrated campaigns that connect brand storytelling to demand generation.
  • Ensure every touchpoint, from broadcast and digital to field activation and partnerships, creates a compelling reason to choose TruGreen now.
  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing, CRM, and Field teams to translate brand momentum into measurable sales impact.
  • Oversee the full creative function, ensuring high-quality, insight-driven work across all channels and formats.
  • Guide agency partners and internal teams to deliver bold, breakthrough work that drives both emotional connection and response.
  • Own earned media strategy, corporate storytelling, and reputation management.
  • Oversee organic social strategy to build engagement, advocacy, and community around the TruGreen brand.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with deep expertise in brand and integrated marketing.
  • Proven success leading national campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing creative teams and agency ecosystems at scale.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect long-term brand building to short-term revenue performance.
  • Exceptional creative judgment paired with strong operational discipline.
  • Skilled storyteller and communicator who can influence executives, partners, and teams.
  • Data-informed decision maker with a passion for testing, learning, and improving impact.
  • Collaborative leader who raises the bar for the entire organization.

Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

Pay Ranges

$164,175.00 - $273,631.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
