Associate; ICD Portal New Accounts

The Client Onboarding Associate (CBA) is a key member of the New Accounts Team and will report to the Global Head of Account Management and Sales with a dotted line to the Senior Director of ICD's London office. The candidate will have daily contact with onboarding clients and must implement exceptional client service at all times. The CBA will demonstrate Tradeweb's competitive advantage in providing efficient, seamless execution of customer documentation and successful setups on the ICD portal.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact to guide prospects and clients throughout the onboarding process, including new account opening, transition and integration into the ICD Portal.
- Drive the new account process with prospects and clients to ensure a focused, efficient and excellent onboarding experience.
- Demonstrate outstanding client service attitude, support and skills to ensure an exceptional first impression of Tradeweb
- Pre-fill and review new account paperwork with all details, initiate and submit new account and account transfer requests with no errors, and complete post account setup requirements to ensure timely and accurate results.
- Priorities workload of multiple requests and accounts, closely monitor progress and follow up in a proactive and professional manner.
- Maintain consistent communication with all sales reps about their clients' and prospects' accounts. Build strong relationships with internal team members to ensure alignment on clients and manage company expectations and turnaround times.
- Research and respond to servicing and operational inquiries from multiple fund companies as well as prospects, clients and sales reps to ensure timely, accurate and detailed responses are provided. Coordinate, secure needed approvals and resolve issues to complete all paperwork signatures and documents with fund companies. Foster productive working relationship with fund company partners to ensure efficient and excellent deliverables.
- Use technology tools such as ICD Portal and PowerBI to gather data. Maintain account information records, updating Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Collaborate and support the Global ICD Portal Trade Desk team as needed to ensure all aspects of onboarding are being implemented well.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to assist in building stronger relationships with internal and external clients and partners.
- Assist with special projects as required.

Qualifications:
Required
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Customer service
