Toyota's Cincinnati Region is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Administrative Assistant.

Reporting to the TCUV & Compliance Manager, the person in this role will support Variable Operation Department's objective to provide administrative support, and exceptional customer service to dealership personnel or Toyota owners that contact the regional office. In this role, you will also be instrumental in supporting the allocation and logistics of wholesale vehicles, ensuring smooth coordination between dealerships, transportation, and internal teams.
What you'll be doing
- TCUV Compliance emails on decertified vehicles.
- Dealer and District Manager support for reports and issues.
- TCUV/RT compliance/communication with dealers.
- Scheduling department roadmap tracker of goals.
- Daily, Weekly and Bi-weekly Reports.
- Handling and managing Incentive trackers.
- E to J category transfers.
- TCUV/ RT Month-end sales reports & Monthly TCUV objectives.
- Support & Coordinate RT/TCUV Certification/ ILT enrollments & billing.
- Incentive trip planning and execution.
- RT Allocation support - Order Preferencing for allocation.
- Supporting Accessory, Demand and Supply, and other departments.
- Handling budget for Accessories, Rental, TCUV and Demand and Supply
What you bring
- High school, some college or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task on a variety of projects.
- Strong knowledge of supporting departments, organization with operations policies and procedures.
Added bonus if you have
- Automotive experience at either the corporate or regional level.
- Advanced knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and record-keeping best practices.
- Ability or experience with event planning (coordinating meetings, setting up luncheons, managing RSVPs, etc.).
- Tableau and/or Power BI Experience.
