Who we're looking for
Toyota's Enterprise Center of Excellence (eCOE) Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst - SAP Material Master.
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of Toyota's data excellence by managing and optimizing SAP Material Master Data. You'll work with large datasets, lead impactful projects, and collaborate across teams to ensure data integrity and innovation. Reporting to the eCOE Manager, you'll support the department's mission to establish and uphold SAP best practices, standards, and methodologies that drive consistency and quality across the organization.

What you'll be doing
Imagine starting your day by solving complex data challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving improvements that directly impact Toyota's operations. Success in this role means being a trusted expert, a proactive problem solver, and a strategic thinker.
- Lead and support SAP Material Master Data projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT capabilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Maintain and govern material master data for vehicles, accessories, parts, and components
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance policies
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Resolve data-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and promote collaboration
What you bring
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, information technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in an SAP S/4HANA environment with a focus on Material Master Data
- Deep understanding of SAP Material Master processes, including creation (MM01), editing (MM02), and mass updates via custom interfaces (AIF)
- Proven ability to manage and govern material master data for vehicles, accessories, parts, and components
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead projects and facilitate meetings
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams to deliver results
Added bonus if you have
- A master's degree or MBA
- SAP certifications or project management credentials
- Experience with vehicle build knowledge, including option packages, specs, and parts
- Experience in SAP project participation, testing, and documentation
