Who we're looking for

Toyota Production Engineering Division's Central Business Operations Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst - Production Engineering

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and manage the workforce planning activities and resource allocation for the MFG pillar, including MBO and PE divisions and the NAMC's This position will report to the CBO Manager

What you'll be doing

  • Data analysis and forecasting for labor force needs across the manufacturing enterprises
  • Reporting and analysis, including defining KPI metrics, of D&E Labor
  • Strategic planning to support the development and implementation of workforce strategies defined by AF, ES, PE and MBO Teams.
  • Organizational change support including position management for Manufacturing
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies related to workforce management and position control.
  • Partner with various departments, including HR and Talent Acquisition, to align hiring plans with business needs and budget targets.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent professional experience in organizational planning
  • At least 5 years of Toyota experience
  • Experience in labor / workforce planning, including reporting and analysis of labor force information

Added bonus if you have

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Toyota Production Engineering or Manufacturing role
  • TBP Completion through Panel
  • At least 3 years of Workday system experience specifically in reporting and data collection
  • Working experience with Microsoft Power BI (including data importation, slicer manipulation, report creation, and troubleshooting)
  • Working experience with SharePoint
