Who we're looking for

Toyota's Learning & Development Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Learning and Development (Data and Tech) Senior Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure smooth execution of learning programs and support the infrastructure that enables data and technology skill development across Toyota Financial Services and the broader organization.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the person in this role will be a key contributor to the daily operations of the Data & Technology, ensuring smooth execution of learning programs and supporting the infrastructure that enables data and technology skill development across Toyota Financial Services and the broader organization. This role focuses primarily on tactical operational tasks, including learning platform administration, data reporting, content coordination, and stakeholder support, with occasional involvement in lighter consultative projects.

What you'll be doing

• Manage day-to-day activities related to learning program delivery, including scheduling, communications, learner support, and event coordination to ensure seamless execution of instructor-led and e-learning courses.

• Coordinate and manage the deployment and organization of learning assets and content across multiple platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Litmos), ensuring accurate data entry, user access, compliance tracking, and timely updates to support smooth learner experiences.

• Gather and analyze learning data to produce routine reports and dashboards that track participation, engagement, and program effectiveness, supporting continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with the coordination and publishing of learning content developed by internal SMEs and external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and timelines.
• Serve as a point of contact for learners, SMEs, and internal teams to address operational questions, provide updates, and facilitate smooth collaboration.
• Support marketing efforts for learning programs through communications, newsletters, and platform announcements to drive learner participation.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline operational workflows and enhance efficiency within the learning function.
• Participate in lighter consultative projects related to new learning technologies, content development, or process
enhancements as needed.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning operations, data analysis, or project coordination within a corporate or educational environment.
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems and content management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, LMS tools such as Litmos or Cornerstone).
  • 2+ years of experience with data reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Excel.
  • Basic understanding of instructional design or content development processes.
  • Proven ability to work within an Agile team.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in operational tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Bonus if you have

  • Familiarity with data and technology learning content or environments.
  • Understanding of learning systems such as Vyond, Articulate Suite, Creative Cloud, etc.
  • Experience with marketing communications or learner engagement activities.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
