Reporting to the Manager, AP Accounting, you will own core month-end deliverables, support intercompany activities, perform management flux analysis, and maintain AP general ledger accounts.

  • Analyze, prepare, and record monthly and quarterly journal entries for Accounts Payable and Intercompany, ensuring general ledger accuracy and timely close.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial analyses to management, including account fluctuation (flux) analysis and ad hoc requests.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation to uphold SOX and internal control requirements.
  • Collaborate with key manufacturing plants and divisions to provide GL support and resolve issues across entities.
  • Partner with external auditors during quarterly/annual financial and SOX audits; prepare schedules and respond to inquiries.
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to strengthen controls and drive efficiency across AP and intercompany processes.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Month-end close expertise
  • Reviewing journal entry support and posting AP accruals
  • Handling intercompany and/or multi-book journal entries
  • Performing intercompany eliminations, consolidation, and/or resolving mismatches between entities
  • Experience with SOX controls as a preparer and support external audit.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of leading continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability to close process gaps and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience preparing balance sheet reconciliations and writing/presenting clear flux explanations.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative environment.

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience with SAP ( AP and intercompany modules a plus).
  • CPA License (active or in progress).
  • Advanced Excel/VBA macro experience.

During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities. A few highlights include:
