Who we're looking for
Toyota's Production Control Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated PC Budget & Logistics Planning Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the North American inbound freight budget for TMMK & TMMK PWT. This position will also serve as the budget lead for PC and vehicle conveyance, ensuring fiscal accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives for budget creation and quarterly forecast. Additional responsibilities may include monthly logistics planning functions.
Reporting to the Manager in PC Logistics Planning, the person in this role will provide accurate and timely cost information to support management's decision making and serve as a key resource for PC budget planning and related activities.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain TMMK & TMMK PWT's North America Inbound Freight budget while utilizing financial and supply chain systems
- Collaborate with TMNA Route Planning to review, analyze, and develop North America Inbound Freight assumptions
- Organize and lead PC/Vehicle Conveyance budget meetings and management report outs for Fiscal Year cycle (FAF, Budget, & Quarterly Forecast)
- Provide analysis of all abnormal conditions in the North America Inbound Freight budget
- Lead and support monthly logistic cost kaizen meetings
- Support CMD cost planning reporting and ad-hoc inquiries
- Support Frequency by Pallet in Logistics Planning
What you bring
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Management, or 3 to 5 years of equivalent work experience
- Experience coordinating, presenting, or leading meetings with all levels of management
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Power BI)
- 1+ years' experience with Automotive Manufacturing
Added bonus if you have
- Advanced degree (Above Bachelor's)
- Experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Functional project management skills in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
- Developing project strategies, problem-solving and countermeasures.
- Experience using TMMK/TMNA Supply Chain systems
- Toyota Parts Ordering, External/ Internal logistics, Conveyance, or Supply Chain experience.
