• Coordinate merchandise and non-merchandise shipment delivering into 3PL distribution centers located in Hong Kong & Singapore; and facilitate outbound shipments to other in-country distribution centers in China and Japan
• Facilitate shipping/ pick-up arrangement for Wholesale and Retail markets in Asia and Middle East
• Support cross-functional collaboration and maintain good levels of communication with key stakeholders, including: customs compliance, retail operations, buying, allocation & planning, sales teams in Asia and Europe
• Responsible for supervising the extended shipping arms in 3PLs and/or in-house logistics contract staff
• Assist in monitoring 3PLs performance, including:
  • SOPs documentation & compliance checking
  • KPI reporting
  • Invoice audit for payment approval
  • Operations plan management at peak seasons
• Provide shipment visibility to internal stakeholders as needed
• Prepare shipping documents as required
• Follow up on shipments as necessary; handle and resolve exceptions when necessary
• Support direct manager in driving process improvements as required

• 5 years plus working experience with international logistics vendors, of which 1 to 2 years in supervisory role
• Experience in in-house fashion retail is an advantage
• An understanding and practical knowledge of retail environment and freight forwarding in APAC region
• Excellent individual and team player, can communicate effectively with multiple levels within the organization
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese including Putonghua
• Hands-on person with a pro-active attitude and approach
• Good analytical, multi-tasking, coordination, and prioritization skills
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
• SAP knowledge is a must
