A Day in the Life:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an individual who is keen to learn, results-driven, with a solid retail background, strong analytical skills and excellent stakeholder management abilities. This role will analyze retail KPIs, team and store performance from multiple data sources, interpret insights, and support data-driven strategic business decisions for Greater China markets. You will own retail performance analytics, reporting and data integrity, support the Strategy & Retail Performance team, and partner closely with retail field teams, client engagement, marketing, operations and cross-functional stakeholders to drive sales growth, profitability and operational excellence in line with 2026 omni-channel and digital retail trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Retail Strategic Planning and Goal Setting

  • Support the Retail leadership team to develop and roll out retail strategic plans across Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan to drive full‑channel sales growth, improve profitability and enhance overall retail performance.
  • Support the Retail leadership team to set measurable goals, KPIs and business targets, and track implementation progress to ensure delivery.
  • Act as the key owner and point of contact for retail analytics, reporting and data integrity across Greater China markets, ensuring data consistency, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and optimize full‑channel reporting solutions and dashboards to visualize retail KPIs, analyze market trends, competitive landscape and customer behavior, providing data insights for strategic decision‑making.
  • Monitor store‑level performance metrics, identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable plans for cross‑market operation standardization and efficiency optimization.

Sales and Marketing Initiatives

  • Support all in‑store events, activations and pop‑up activities; analyze promotion effectiveness by measuring incremental sales lift, ROI and customer conversion, and provide comprehensive post‑activity feedback and reviews.
  • Coordinate retail operation execution for clienteling/ CRM projects across Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan; unify data standards and optimize member lifecycle management.
  • Leverage AI tools and data insights to support personalized recommendation, customer segmentation and precision marketing, so as to improve customer conversion and retention.

Financial Management and Reports

  • Analyze regional retail financial performance, identify margin and operational improvement opportunities, and track and report on key financial metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with C&B, Finance and Payroll teams to provide accurate commission calculations, incentive results and performance payout verification.
  • Conduct a wide range of ad hoc exploratory analysis to develop a deep understanding of retail profitability, cost structure and return on investment.
  • Prepare professional presentations including strategic plans, business reviews, retail meetings and leadership reports.
  • Partner with Retail leadership team to develop and deliver strategic presentations for monthly meetings, brand days and key stakeholder reviews.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Coordination

  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams (Retail Operations, Marketing, IT, Merchandising, Finance, etc.) to align initiatives and drive overall business objectives.
  • Communicate insights effectively with senior leadership, and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making, cross-market resource allocation and strategy adjustment.
  • Stay up-to-date with 2026 retail industry trends including omni-channel integration, AI applications, instant retail and experience commerce; continuously optimize retail business processes and performance management frameworks.
  • Support data governance, report standardization and tool upgrades to enhance analytical efficiency, data quality and business scalability.

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • 2-3 years' solid experience in retail sales & operations, retail excellence, CRM support, retail analytics or performance management.
  • Ability to collect, integrate, understand and interpret data, and communicate insights in a concise and relevant way to diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly numerate, analytical and able to solve complex issues; resolute and determined to drive to fact‑based conclusions and actionable answers.
  • Become the key internal expert in using and managing retailer portals, performance reporting systems and data visualization tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, macros); skilled in PowerPoint for strategic storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan retail environments is a strong plus.
  • Experience with CRM, clienteling, business intelligence or AI retail tools is highly preferred.
  • Strong cross‑market communication, coordination and project execution skills; able to work independently and in teams.
