Vertical Strategy Manager - Gaming, rPCS EUI, Content & Services
Responsibilities
The Regional Product & Client Solutions (RPCS) organisation drives strategic alignment and commercial excellence across EUI. The team elevates product and client solution strategy across the GBS region, ensuring consistent, high-quality go-to-market execution. RPCS partners closely with EUI markets to surface growth opportunities, accelerate product adoption, and unlock incremental revenue. Through deep collaboration with Sales and Product stakeholders, the team brings clarity, cohesion, and commercial momentum to the region.
The Vertical Strategy team is a strategic program management and enablement function within rPCS C&S, with dedicated vertical coverage across EUI markets. The team turns vertical strategy into working operating rhythms, playbooks, and enablement that equip GBS to activate and grow verticals in every market.
This Vertical Strategy-Gaming will run the Gaming pod as a functioning unit, and turn it to a connective tissue between regional Product/Market PMM and XFN functions that touch the vertical. Success in this role requires strong program-management capability, deep gaming fluency, the ability to translate complexity into clear, usable playbooks, and the confidence to influence and align senior partners across commercial, operations, and product teams. The ideal candidate brings experience in gaming or operations, or program management, with a bias for building repeatable systems and lifting organizational capability.
Key responsibilities
Strategic program management and enablement
- Project-manage the Gaming virtual pod: agenda, owners, timelines, and follow-through across every pod member and XFN function.
- Build and own the Gaming vertical hub covering all GTM motions, Gaming-specific product betas, and scaled enablement programs.
- Build repeatable frameworks, toolkits, and knowledge management systems that institutionalize gaming expertise and reduce reliance on tribal knowledge.
- Deliver the Gaming enablement agenda with Vertical & Product Enablement: regional training, sub-vertical playbook operationalization, and continuous community enablement.
- Run the monthly Gaming vertical review: consolidate input from SolEng, MPO, SCS, MSO, Marketing Science, and Marketing into one view, and produce input for monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in gaming or performance advertising: vertical GTM, PMM, strategy and operations, account management, or agency-side gaming growth.
- Working knowledge of the app advertiser ecosystem: user acquisition, MMPs and attribution, bidding and measurement, and LTV or ROAS logic.
- Strong program management and stakeholder management. Can run a virtual team of senior XFN partners without formal authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to coordinate the production of the enablement content and playbooks.
