What's this role about?
As part of the Governance & Experience organization, the Experience Team is dedicated to delivering trustworthy, high-quality experiences across the entire customer journey on TikTok Shop - from pre-purchase to post-purchase. We work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key pain points, drive customer-centric improvements, and continuously elevate user satisfaction on a global scale.
Examples of what you'll work on:
- Support the design and improvement of user-facing processes such as return and refund experiences, customer compensation, or VOC (Voice of Customer) analysis
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify pain points and recommend improvements across the customer journey
- Collaborate with product, operations, training, quality, and policy teams to implement experience-related initiatives
- Monitor key experience metrics and support dashboard/reporting development to track improvement outcomes
- Participate in cross-team workshops to align on experience goals, process changes, and business trade-offs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields with strong academic performance.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $77969 - $77969 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
