US Entertainment Creator Partnerships and Operations Manager
Responsibilities
The Entertainment Creator Partnerships & Operations team is dedicated to recruiting, managing, and scaling high-quality creators in the TV/Film vertical on TikTok. We identify rising and established talent, develop strategic content initiatives, and unlock monetization opportunities that help creators build long-term success on the platform. This team will work closely with the Product team to understand the different creator charts and their needs and set relevant priorities, and collaborate with the Entertainment Publisher and XFN teams to drive efforts forward in line with the evolving TV/Film industry landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute scaled creator programs end to end, from strategy and localization through launch, measurement, and optimization.
- Build and manage relationships with Entertainment Creators to support content strategy, deepen engagement, and enhance the long-term creator experience on TikTok.
- Own creator program operations, including lead vetting, onboarding, performance tracking, data analysis, and support for top creators.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creator Management, local operations, and key stakeholders including Comms, GR, USDS JV, and Legal to operationalize and scale creator initiatives.
- Establish clear program measurement frameworks and use performance data, product roadmaps, and market insights to identify strategic opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Track creator performance, platform trends, competitor activity, audience behavior, entertainment news, and emerging technologies to generate actionable recommendations.
- Create reporting, research, and operational resources that support strategic planning, program reviews, and day-to-day execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a leading media, entertainment, or technology company, ideally with a focus on the U.S. Film & Television industry and creator ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. entertainment landscape, including film, television, fandom communities, and cultural conversation across social platforms.
- Experience building and managing relationships with creators, talent, or partners.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $220400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
