The TikTok Shop US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the TikTok E-commerce partnership for the TikTok E-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better E-commerce experience to our users. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Support analysis of carrier and linehaul performance to identify operational gaps, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
- Assist with developing and maintaining SOPs, operational playbooks, and standardized workflows
- Conduct root-cause analysis and support initiatives to improve on-time performance, reduce dwell and service failures, and increase operational efficiency
- Gather frontline feedback from dispatch and operations teams to identify process and tooling pain points
- Translate operational feedback into documented requirements and improvement opportunities
- Support system and process improvements through research, testing, pilot programs, and data analysis
- Partner with operations, carrier management, product, engineering, planning, and other teams on linehaul improvement initiatives
- Support project coordination, documentation, milestone tracking, and follow-up actions
- Assist with carrier onboarding, peak readiness, and network change initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Skilled in data cleansing and analysis. Advanced command of Excel functions; capable of independently conducting data consolidation, analysis and visual presentation.
- Strong written capability with outstanding information synthesis and summarization skills. Able to produce logically rigorous, well-structured project documents, analytical reports and business materials.
