As a Travel Creator Operations Intern, you will be part of our Travel Creator Operations team, a great fit if you are keen in travel, hotels, and discovering new experiences. You will be working with our travel and lifestyle creators on TikTok GO to drive content growth and commercial performance. In this role, you will support end-to-end creator growth, from activation and content development to campaign engagement and monetisation. You will also be collaborating cross-functionally with Category, Campaign, and Product teams to help scale our travel creator ecosystem.
- Support end-to-end growth for travel and lifestyle creators on TikTok GO, covering activation, content production, campaign engagement, audience interaction, conversion and commercial performance. Design tailored growth plans for both brand-new creators and high potential top partners
- Help analyse creator performance, combine data, creator feedback and business targets into actionable guidance on content positioning, storytelling, offer curation and creator monetisation. Build training frameworks, playbooks and scalable development programmes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, Product, Campaign and Operations teams. Source high-potential creator pipeline, drive campaign delivery, collect market insights and propose platform process & product optimisations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Undergraduate in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, project, or campus experience related to sales, marketing, operations, partnerships, or business analysis.
- Familiarity with content platforms, digital marketing, or social media ecosystems is a plus.
