Transaction Product Manager - TikTok Local Services

Team Introduction
TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them.
With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own transaction assurance optimization for TikTok's Local Services business, ensuring transaction stability through continuous data monitoring and funnel analysis across the entire transaction lifecycle.
- Deeply listen to, collect, and understand user needs; identify pain points in transaction journeys; design targeted optimization solutions for transaction features; and be fully accountable for user transaction experience at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources across Product, Engineering, Business, and third-party teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of transaction experience initiatives against defined goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above with 2+ years of product experience in internet transaction products; background in local services or e-commerce transaction products is a plus.
- Strong platform mindset with the ability to abstract platform capabilities from business requirements.

- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; proven track record of working closely with business, engineering, operations, and third-party partners to drive project execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in global or cross-border product environments, particularly in Southeast Asia or other emerging markets.
- Familiarity with transaction assurance mechanisms, funnel optimization, stability monitoring, and reconciliation workflows in local services or e-commerce ecosystems.
- Prior exposure to high-growth environments with demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity.
